Jennifer Tilly
Jennifer Tilly has won an Academy Award for her work as an American-Canadian and is also a professional player of poker. Born and raised in Los Angeles, US, Tilly first made an appearance on stage in 1983 on the television series 'Oh, Madeline' where she essayed a small role. The actress made her debut in film with the 1984 film 'No Small Affair,' following which, she's never stopped, usually appearing in multiple productions in a single year. It was a good start for her career. Her early career was marked by small roles in shows like "Hill Street Blues," "Cheers," and "Frasier." It was more than a novice actor might expect. The actress made her debut with Woody Allen's 'Bullets on Broadway' that earned her a nomination for an "Academy Award" as Best Supporting Actress.' Then she appeared in a few internationally renowned films including 'Bound' and 'Liar Liar. The actress also contributed her voice to a variety of movies, including 'Stuart Little The Simpsons,' and 'Family Friend.'
