Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was raised by an ethnically mixed family. Both her parents are both English. She was born and raised on a council estate in the south of London. At the age 14she enrolled in The Brit School. In London she attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting certificate was earned. At school, she was a part-time actor in a variety of stage productions such as King Henry V's Princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe began her career as an actress in the movie Storm Damage. She's appeared as guest in Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her first role in a film was Woody Allen's 2007 Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Her success has led her to be cast in Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. Later, she appeared in the six-episode series Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. She was Bambi on the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe starred in the 2008 comedy film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. A couple of her credits on stage are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe made her US debut on the drama series The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes in the US on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the show's initial two seasons as an regular. However, in May of 2013, it was announced that announcement was made that she would leave the show after her guest appearance on the opening episode for its third season. In the TV series Salem in 2014, she portrayed Tituba between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe married her actor partner Iddo goldberg in June 2012. Alongside Secret Diary of a Call Girl they have also worked with each other on Salem and he had a part alongside her in that show.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actor who was raised by the large family. She was the daughter of Roy and Patty Leggat. Ashley Leggat was a part of Roy and Patty along with her three older siblings, Brett, Todd and Bram as well as Rob. All of her brothers were athletic and played baseball and hockey throughout the winter as well as in the summer. She grew up in stadiums and played baseball. Ashley was never able to walk, however she did dance. At the age of two, she began Baby Ballet and fell in the love. Ashley discovered a love for dancing after she started the Baby Ballet. Ashley competed in top-level divisions in jazz, tap ballet, hip hop, lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe until she graduated in high school. Ashley was awarded the top soloist award at every major dance competition, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, to name just the few.
