Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) She was regarded as one of the top athletes in sports. As the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the sole gymnast to achieve four golds in the same Games during the 2016 Olympics. Biles is the only person to have three world titles consecutively. Biles is a native of Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) took them in as adoptees. They were raised in the Houston metropolitan area. Simone was first introduced to the sport by her daycare teacher Aimee Borman at 6 years old. She stayed at Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles won the vault and floor exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the highest level of competition in 2011. Two years later, she was the most dominant athlete in the field. Biles was distinguished by her consistent performance, exuberant character, as well as the difficult routines she performed in each of the four events: vault, bars with uneven surfaces and balance beam.
